This system provides a process for former and current students who do not know their
myWSU ID or the answers to their security questions to request access to the
myWSU secure systems.
Please note, that your myWSU ID is not required when ordering a transcript from WSU.
If you know your myWSU ID and the answers to your security/secret questions, click here to
change your password .
If you are faculty/staff and need your myWSU ID, please contact Human Resources or for password assistance contact the Help Desk.
Upon submission of your information, you will receive a response page
confirming your transaction and providing a tracking number. You will be asked
to provide the tracking ID on all further communications. A copy of a
government-issued photo ID will also be required. After your ID has been
received, your application will be worked and a response with further
instructions will be sent to the email address you provide within 2 working
